Your order will be delivered by the local carrier listed above, with full local tracking provided. Delivery times remain as stated in this policy regardless of routing origin.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Ornaments Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
