Return & Refund Policy

At Ornaments Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and customer-friendly return, refund, and warranty process.


1. Returns – 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 100 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@ornamentsco.com with your order number and reason for return.

✔ Conditions for Return

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Not heavily worn or damaged by the customer

  • Sent back with all accessories (if applicable)

✔ Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns (Change of mind / unsatisfied):
    Customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective items (under warranty):
    We provide a return shipping label after approval.

Please ensure the return is shipped using a trackable service, especially for items over $75. Ornaments Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


2. 2-Year Warranty — Defective or Faulty Items

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

If an item becomes defective within this period:

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label once the warranty claim is approved.


3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.

If you want to exchange your item (size, color, or style change), please contact us and we will guide you through the process.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

✔ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and sent back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If you have not received your refund after 5 business days of our confirmation, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.

6. Return Address

Your return will be sent to our designated warehouse.
